About Me

A little bit about me…

My Name is Julianne. I am a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga teacher. I discovered yoga through a college course and immediately fell in love with the practice. At first, yoga was my refuge from the demands of daily life—a much-needed space to reset and recharge. But as I deepened my practice and understanding, it became something far greater: a way of life that brings balance, mindfulness, and purpose to every moment.

When I’m not doing Yoga, I love to be in nature: hiking, walking and swimming at the beach. I’m originally from Marin County, CA and moved to LA over 5 years ago to attend Occidental College. At Oxy, I studied Psychology and Media studies. I love to learn and hope to be a forever student.

My Yoga Philosophy

Yoga has transformed my life. On the mat, yoga brings me calm, strenthens and stretches my body, and challenges me to try new things. Off the mat, yoga philosophy has created massive positive ripples through my life, helping me lead a happier, kinder, more centered life.

What I love most about teaching yoga is witnessing the incredible journey of my students as they connect with their bodies, minds, and souls. My teaching style is fun, compassionate, and inclusive. I encourage students to explore their practice at their own pace, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment where they can fully immerse themselves and deepen their yoga journey. My sequences include both challenging and expressive poses, designed to help students sharpen their focus and step outside their comfort zones.

My classes will leave you feeling grounded, strong, and unapologetically sweaty, with a renewed sense of accomplishment.
